The New Kurosawa Chapter 47

A dream unfulfilled! A wish ungranted! A miracle turned to dust! How shall Kurosawa recover from such a disaster?!

Thanks to Denji for the translations and to Crump Biggums for the cleans!

The New Kurosawa Chapter 47

"Jesus Christ! Those two are all messed up now!"

Nobio is quite the salty sailor. I'm not sure who this Shizuka is, but she sure did a number on him. To have something like that tattooed on your back must mean he truly believed they'd be together forever. I don't know what happened between them, but it's probably been a good while since then. A tattoo is, to some people, the ultimate form of dedication they can show others. Having a piece of your body permanently engraved with someone's name can be a very long, expensive and painful process. For a tattoo that big, Nobio probably felt there would be no going back. He had found his soulmate he would spend the rest of his life with. The interesting thing is tattoo aren't something normal people would get, especially ones that big. I wonder if Nobio is one of the street punks... The missing tooth just adds to that a bit. I'm a little curious about Nobio now.

What can we say about Kurosawa and Kojiemon? They are just a couple of cool dudes cooling off after a red hot encounter with a couple choice babes. That's really all there is to say on the matter.

  1. I'm absolutely certain that Shizuka is a Doraemon reference. Ever since I saw Nobio, his name made me think he was a washed up hobo version of Nobita.

  2. Why wasn't Nobio allowed in the pool? What do they care if he has a tattoo? People with tattoos aren't allowed in pools in Japan?

    1. It's because of the tattoo/yakuza connection.
